Refund policy for retail orders: Shirleybird Jewellery hopes that you are happy with your purchase, but if it is not quite right we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Please send us an email with your order number and we will send you a return number. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable as we can not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please do not mail the order back to us without a return number first. Once your order has been received back to us, we will issue you a refund within two business days.
